Shipping was very timely with UPS during holidays, not sure why that was changed to USPS for subsequent order, especially in light of all the delays past month. However, the UPS shipped order was FABULOUS as the print arrived SAFE & intact, well packaged and pristine, suitable for framing. The ONLY reason I placed a second order is due to that very reason. The print is beautiful. I am disappointed in the second shipment with potential delays on tracking so being left outside in inclement weather OR unable to fit in lockbox/bent. Website has too many issues with "characters" and is primitive. Communication on orders was great. This is an overall review. Print itself is 10 out of 10 for quality and photography, reasonable pricing. The rest is 6 out of 10 Buy with this in mind. The experience depends on your local sourced producer and it is inconsistent.
